" I certainly enjoy staying at comfort inn Victoria, I must say that customer service is at its utmost best, I wish I could stay there time I come to London but most of the time you are fully book, anyway this is my favourite hotel in London."

‘We had a lovely 2 day stay at the Comfort Inn. Staff were very
helpful at all times. The family room was comfortable and a good
size. Towels changed for second day which was great. We had
breakfast on the Sunday morning which had everything we required.
Breakfast area also very clean. Unfortunately we did not realise
that breakfast was not served after 9.30am on the Monday morning and
we missed breakfast. It would be useful for reception staff to
remind customers about breakfast times when they check in. Really
helpful that the hotel allow baggage to be stored in a separate
luggage room. Overall a very pleasant stay, hotel very convenient to
Victoria Station. Would stay again."
